The Solution, The Remedy.
Friday May 16, 2008
Hello Everyone!
I have taken the liberty today, to cross-post today’s posting from my other work, here.
The solution, the root remedy to right the ill’s of all American citizens wrongs, the war against the people, has been buried, obscured, distorted, manipulated, and out and outright fraudulently promoted via all its machinery, long enough.
The ARTIFICIAL PERSONS, i.e., CORPORATIONS OF ALL COLORS with constitutional protections AS IF LIVING SOULS, agents and AGENCIES, subordinates, representatives, subjects, DELEGATED via the people as erected by the founding fathers, have discharged, generally, their respective offices ineffectively, to the complete detriment and trespass against and to the common public health, well-being and good, for life, liberty and the PURSUITS OF HAPPINESS, long enough.
THE BASICS, THE NECESSITIES, of pursuing HAPPINESS: The air we breathe, the water we drink, the food we eat, has and is destroying the vitality, the health and the well-being of the people.
artificial PERSONS, state is not god.
“Illustrious examples are displayed to our view, that we may imitate as well as admire. Before we can be distinguished by the same honors, we must be distinguished by the same virtues. What are those virtues? They are chiefly the same virtues, which we
have already seen to be descriptive of the American character –
the love of liberty, and the love of law.”
– James Wilson (Of the Study of the Law in the United States, Circa 1790)
And for those whom seek remedy, for those whom commit to discharge citizen office faithfully, responsibly, thoughtful, respectfully, forcefully in their communities, please do contact me. We have identified local community action plan that has been successful.
But this will take complete, local collective force of we the people in your very own communities, become leaders in your living space with persistence, respectfulness, lawfulness, un-waiveringness, commitment, dedication, passion, unfearfulness, non-laziness, carrying and promoting a message, packaged for the general public, that air pollution of ALL kinds, has and is killing us, from airplanes, from factories, from fossil fuel combustion engines of all kinds. There have been other cleaner technologies available for years.
This is the message that the general intelligent and caring American public, in my humble opinion will and HAS embraced, generally.
Remember, we only KNOW what we KNOW and how we know it at any given time. And as the current “squeezes” upon us, continue to suck and drain our pursuits of sustenance, much less happiness, from every angle, the fear and hate mongering military/industrial/chemical/pharmo industries drum beating our perceptions at every turn, our hard earned via private, unaudited “money/dollar” corporations, we exchange for the labors of our minds and bodies being diluted down to nothing, further extracted via fossil fuel and taxes to support more and more swarms of delegated officers and agents sent out hither to harass us and eat out our substance, i.e., the Declaration of Independence.
Fear, violence, quick intoxicating medications to cover up all our aches and ills, needed and not necessarily needed.
Do We need not to rebuild THIS nation, city by city, from the bottom up, not other Nations of the globe?
Do We need not EVOLVE the principles of constitutional republicanism of the founding fathers?
Why have we not EVOLVED, or at worst, MAINTAINED and PRESERVED these principles that built the greatest organic, original experiment of liberty and political structures under God?
It can and has been done but requires a collective FORCE, as government and corporations have and always have been, generally, artificial negative FORCES and coercion against the people, the living souls of families/we the people, the communities, must meet this FORCE, with higher collective FORCES with faith of a mustard seed, patience like water eroding away at a mountain of rock, and the love of peace, truth, happiness, justice and well-being for our families and for all of family of life and humanity as well as the space/planet we “educated, intelligent, responsible adults” have been given to temporarily occupy and pass on to our young, to evolve life and the planet for the better.
This is the basically “love thy neighbor, as thy self.” “trespass not against ALL property of thy neighbor, which includes air, water, food, etc.”
And to those true revolutionist’s, in the spirit of all the loving revolutionist’s that have come before us, in the spirit of one of the True Revolutionist of Man- His Son, for your considerations:
“No country upon earth ever had it more in its power to attain these blessings than United America. Wondrously strange, then, and much to be regretted indeed would it be, were we to neglect the means and to depart from the road which Providence has pointed us to so plainly; I cannot believe it will ever come to pass.”
– George Washington (letter to Benjamin Lincoln, 29 June 1788)
“It is the right as well as the duty of all men in society, publicly and at stated seasons, to worship the Supreme Being, the great Creator and Preserver of the universe. And no subject shall be hurt, molested, or restrained in his person, liberty, or estate, for worshipping God in the manner and season most agreeable to the
dictates of his own conscience; or for his religion profession of sentiments; provided he doth not disturb the public peace, or obstruct others in their religious worship….”

We can learn from history how past generations thought and acted, how they responded to the demands of their time and how they solved their problems. We can learn by analogy, not by example, for our circumstances will always be different than theirs were. The main thing history can teach us is that human actions have consequences and that certain choices, once made, cannot be undone. They foreclose the possibility of making other choices and thus they determine future events. Our ignorance of history causes us to slander our own times. Flaubert

DaySpring Gatherings – Our Sovereign Constitutional Roots by Gabriel Paul
Truth the Greatest Disinfectant like Light against Disinformation, Lies and Spin
CONTINUED FROM PART 70:
The plain truth is, that neither the constitution, nor the tenth or any other amendment, has to do with sovereignty, for this entity is not subject to either delegation or reservation, as have been shown.
It dwells permanently in bodies-politic, acting through their organs, in delegating or reserving powers, all that are delegated being put by sovereignty in, and all not delegated being kept by sovereignty out of, the constitution.
Dedicated to all living souls of human civilization, who have dared to yearn, breath, serve and sacrifice for Liberty and Peace, past and present.
Sovereign American Citizens—Our politicians affect fanciful, attractive, and startling ideas, especially such as to flatter the people.. Every citizen is sovereign. Often the idea comes up in a form and place to blush for. For instance, Anson Burlingame, of Massachusetts, claimed in Europe, on the basis of personal sovereignty, the equality of an American citizen with European crowned heads.
Governor William Allen, of Ohio, not only seems to think that we have just the number of sovereigns that we have electors, but that they desovereignize themselves at every election. Witness the following, from his speech at Columbus, August 20, 1873: When you elect a representative to congress, “you divest yourselves of your sovereign power, and put it all in the hands of one man” “At six o’clock in the morning, these ten thousand men are the sovereign people.” “At six o’clock in the evening,” they have completely “divested themselves” of sovereignty, and “concentrated this tremendous power in the hands of one man.”
In other words, sovereignty does not dwell fixedly in the people as organized, i.e. in the mind and will of the state, but bobs up and down with successive delegations and withdrawls of power, like the hammers of a piano, or the “merry dancers” of the Aurora Borealis.
Squatter Sovereignty—Again, General Cass and Judge Douglass, two democratic candidates for the presidency, seemingly ignoring the pre-established sovereignty of the American united societies, the associated commonwealths, over the territory they jointly owned, held that these personal sovereigns could go and associate themselves for self-government on such part of the public domain as they pleased, and, ipso facto, become sovereign and exclusive. If nomadic, of course, their lines might rightfully fall in any and all pleasant places they might from time to time wander to and occupy.
The fact that these astute politicans labeled their theory “popular sovereignty,” did not make it respectable, or even worthy of refutation.
Only in organization have the people sovereignty, and they are organized and capacitated to act, in political affairs, only as commonwealths or states, as we have seen. As such, they have established a league “between the states,” i.e. themselves, and at the same time, and in the same instrument, constituted a governmental agency to rule their subjects for them. Their law, whether the “supreme” fundamental one, or the state constitution, is the harness or machine in the which work these agents, who are selected by the said sovereign people from among their subjects, and commissioned and sent and sworn to do certain written duties, and to abstain from all not written or implied.
This is plain common sense.
The attentive reader will now see and appreciate the error in the following ascription of sovereignty to persons, by a conservative and able professor of a great college, who seems to fall short of the true idea—viz. that our members of states ( i.e. the “men” that “constitute a state”) have a dual capacity, and govern only in their collective one.
They, as the state, rule, votes being mere instruments of the said state, ordained in her constitution, through which she determines, formulates, and executes her will.
It is the act of a sovereign. It is performed without any responsibility whatever, except to one’s own judgment and conscience. And furthermore, although we are fond of boasting that every citizen is a sovereign, let us not forget that every one is also a subject.”
In conclusion, to aid honest reflection, I will present
Some Decisive Definitions—As Daniel Webster, in his speech of 1833, says that “well-known words” should be taken in their “well-known sense” in expositions of the constitution, I will invite Noah to “come to judgment” and correct Daniel with the “well-known sense” of the leading words herein used.
The hundreds of dictionaries in the library all agree with the impartial and decisive judgment (for such it may be considered) of the great American lexicographer. I quote from a genuine edition.
“SOVEREIGNTY, n. Supreme power; supremacy; the possession of the highest power; or or uncontrollable power.” It is obvious tha the word has but one meaning; and that it is a superlative and unqualifiable word. This definition shows all the phrases quoted at the beginning of this part to be gross errors.
“WILL, n. 1. The power of choosing; the faculty or endowment of the soul, by which it is capable of choosing; the faculty of selecting or preferring one of two or more objects. 2. The choice which is made; a determination or preference which results from the act or exercise of the power of choice; a volition. 3. The choice or determination of one who has authority; a decree; a command; discretive pleasure.”
In the 1859, under “Will” is the following, which suits my purpose: “The will is directed or influenced by the judgment. The understanding or reason compares different objects which operate as motives; the judgment determines which is preferable, and the will decides which to pursue. In other words, we reason with respect to the value and importance of things: we then judge which is to be preferred; and we will to take the most valuable. These are but different operations of the mind, soul, or intellectual part of man.”
The errors of the writers herein citicised seems to result from their not always keeping it in the mind that “will” and “power are totally different entities; and that “sovereignty” is supremacy of will, while power or powers refer to the faculty or ability of doing, or the authority to do, what effectuates will.
A paralytic may have will without power, and an idiot power without will.
Hence we see that either of the said entities can exist without the other.
Legislation is sovereign will in the shape of law, though it is ineffectual without executive power.
“DELEGATION, n. A sending away; the act of putting in commission or investing with authority to act for another; the appointment of a delegate. 2. The person deputed to act for another or for others. Thus the representatives of Massachusetts in congress are called the delegation, or whole delegation.”
“DELEGATE, v.t. 1. To send away; appropriately, to send on an embassy; to send with power to transact business as a representative. 2. To entrust; to commit; to deliver to another’s care and exercise; as, to delegate authority or power to an envoy, representative or judge.”
POWER. Any and every power in the constitution, being granted or vested by delegation, is necessarily “an authority which enables one person [ or a set of persons] to do an act for another.”
Here then is the plain teaching—“the well-known sense”—of these important words: 1. The sovereign mind (whether residing in a monarch, an aristocracy, or a state), in governing wills. 2. Powers are, by it, delegated to agencies to effectuate its will. 3. All the powers of the constitution of the united states are delegated, and are so many specific authorizations to “substitutes, agents, subjects” to carry out sovereign will.
Such will must ever reside in the people as states, for only thus did they ever organize themselves. Republican sovereignty cannot be in constitutions or governments, not only because it must be in the people, who have ever the right of government, but because the so-called governments are, by the people, created and endowed with “delegated” authority, and are admininstered by the people’s representatives, who must be members and citizens and, necessarily, SUBJECTS OF STATES.
IN every step of progress hereto, we have seen that “the united states,” and “the people of the united states,” are identical, the people being named in the instrument constituting the federal government, and delegating it the powers to exercise, as New Hampshire, Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and others; being provided for throughout the said instrument as such states; and being recognized, in the seventh and last article, solely in the character of states, and as exclusively ratifying, and thereby ordaining and establishing, the constitution, and giving the only life and authority thereto.
And as we have seen that, in all their contemporaneous explanations, the leading founding fathers asserted, nem. con., that the bodies of people called states were “the parties to the compact,” [Hamilton, Fed. 85], and were in the status and character of sovereigns.
No change in the said states was ever intended or thought of; for they were considered to be, as Hamilton said, the “essential component parts of the system,” the destruction of which would be “political suicide.” These are his own remarkable expressions.
We have seen that each body had a mind; that government is essentially mental and functional action; that no nation, or national society, could supplant the states, because forming government for pre-existent, pre-formed society, and not forming society itself, was the subject of action in 1787; that the sovereign wills that ordained the constitution had to remain through the making, and afterwards, to secure the obedience of their subjects [government agents, representatives, judges, etc.] and, finally, that their continuance in sovereign individuality, throughout the duration of the pact, is necessitated by article V., in which it was agreed by the “parties to the compact” that “three-fourths of the several states,” shall, by “ratification” of amendments proposed in proper form, amend the constitution.
The People, as States, have always amended.—and accordingly, throughout their federal history, and in pursuance of their federal agreement, the states have amended their constitution, when they thought “the common defense” and “general welfare” were not well enough “provided for” and “promoted.”
This power of amendment or change is the power of abolition or REPEAL; and it shows the states, i.e. the collective people, to be above their federal “supreme law.”
A cursory view of the early, as well as the latter, amendments will corroborate fully the view taken here, and settle forever, in any thoughtful reader’s mind, the supremacy of the states, whether united or single, over the tripartite agency constituted by them to do their federal business.
Not one private or standard commercial “Delta,” American Airlines,” “United,” etc. Aircraft of any kind was observed at any time, in this airspace today.
Benevolence and assistance to mankind certainly is falling to the bottom of the list of any postulated willful intentions and reasons of what and why this peculiar and persistent activity is and remains being observed for almost a year, now. The artificial aviation discharged non-dissipating persistent aerosol air pollution fog that is left to spread and fall out of the sky after all said observed aircraft activity, is chemically made up of what? What are we all breathing? What is falling and accumulating onto/into the ground, into the plant and tree life? into and onto our children, into our water, our food, cars, animals and our pets, negatively impeding and trespassing upon us now! We shall attempt to find out and get answers one way or another, with fully informed consent of the people that has been given by votes to why, what, how, when, how much and all impacts to all life forms and environmental health and well being.
Long and Short of this issue as with those in life: Persistence prevails, when all else fails!
Please everyone take a moment and observe the activities above our heads in the skies!
Put down all your preconceived opinions and judgments for a moment. What you have been told, educated to believe, place that aside for a moment.
You, right now, are the planet’s and all life forms upon it, Jury Box for today and for the tomorrow’s of our children as our decisions and verdict today are the reality of tomorrow for the young.
We all must, while we still can, attempt to bring a halt to this until ALL our questions are answered no matter what the current logic or lack thereof is.
god playing is irresponsible and unacceptable and were we not warned anciently about such things?
Start from the bottom up.
It appears that there will be no “Top Down” Federal or State administrative public disclosures or interventions: educate and arm yourselves with credible information and facts, then bring those down your street, to your workplace, to your schools, to your neighborhood, to your city/county officials.
We must bring this issue and all the questions of it, to light upon a level of responsible adult discussion and decide the facts and if this is what we want to continue over all our communities.
Treat everyone as you would wish to be treated, do not get discouraged in the face of complacency, rejection, ridicule or disgust. This is typical human response to that which disrupts and brings discomfort to the world and our lives within it, perceptions we create.
Fence sitting and apathy is irresponsible and unacceptable.
Never question the power of a single idea, whose intent is pure and just and whose time has come, that takes root in the heart of man.
There are forces, wisdom and knowledge we have yet to discover [we barely know 15% of our own brain’s machinery]

Fear knocked at the door…..Faith Answered……..There was no one there.
Truth cannot be bought and sold, only temporarily obfuscated by falsehood.Yet all falsehood and illusion will themselves ultimately be crucified upon the cross of the omnipotent Sword of Truth when it pierces the heart in purification.
There is something within me that might be illusion as it is often case with young delighted people, but if I would be fortunate to achieve some of my ideals, it would be on the behalf of the whole of humanity. Nikola Tesla
‘When the Gentiles, who have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves.”-Rom. ii. 14.
I don’t know what your destiny will be, but one thing I do know; the only ones among you who will be really happy are those who have sought and found how to serve.
“History is nothing but a procession of false absolutes, a series of temples raised to pretexts, a degradation of the mind before the improbable.”
Men with great knowledge are easily enslaved if they do nothing to defend their freedom. Knowledge by itself is not power, but it holds the potential for power if we have the courage to use it as such, and therein lies our hope for the future. If we act upon this knowledge, it is an opportunity, not just to know about history, but actually to change its course.
“Remember when it was give me freedom or give me death? Now it is save me from death and take my freedom, please.”
